Divorce Settlement

As part of our divorce settlement, my ex wants $112,000 that was in my trading account with TD Ameritrade as of our date of separation on 1/10/22. Problem is the money is no longer there because I had to close out my stock options positions due to the market downturn. Is he still entitled to that money even though it’s pretty much all gone?
