Thank you to the moderators and community who some time ago, allowed a couple of videos I had made. I have another one coming online at noon Eastern today. I am moved to share with you for these reasons: 1) My story began twenty-seven years ago, in separation, divorce, and custody, in a vicious attack. Augmented greatly, by the notion that facets of my family vindictively turned against me. Indeed, my ex, moved back to her native Oklahoma and peacefully passed in 2016. 2) Because my families' actions were so unfathomable, I studied emotional abuse and related things for decades. 3) I developed an in-depth understanding of the Tort for the Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress. I find the Tort be potentially an equalizer in many matters of unfairness. Even though Courts and presumably lawyers are largely unfamiliar with it.

This video focus in part on the Tort and petitions I have made to the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court.
