I work as a phlebotomist in a hospital

I've been asked out by patients before, 3 girls have asked me out in the past year, and i went on dates with 2 of them, and smashed on of them (5/10)

At any rate

I usually talk to patients while i draw their blood, and a few girls i've had good rapport with while drawing their blood, and have debated asking them out at the end of the blood draw, but i've kept myself from doing it out of some sense of "Professionalism"

What do yall think?

Good idea, bad idea?

How would yall reccomend i go about doing this?
