Men's Rights Political parties in UK and Israel

I'm interested in views as to what challenges face a person establishing a men's advocacy political party. In Australia the process is to name the party and write a party constitution, have at least 1500 members or a member of the Australian Parliament, and apply for registration with the Australian Electoral Commission. A key step is therefore to identify key stakeholders and members of those stakeholder groups, have access to communicating to those people and convince them to become members. What other challenges need to be overcome?
