I have calculated my caloric intake that I need in order to build up muscle at approx 3250 calories/day (I lift 3 times a week, currently 62kg@6'2, no other sports). Do I have to reach this number every single day or only on days when I lift? Thanks in advance.

Edit: I'm 19, 62 kg, and 187 cm. Most likely an ectomorph or at least heavily leaning towards it. I thus calculated my basal metabolism (without any exercise) at 1600 kcal. I lift three times a week (5 exercises, 2-3 sets each with ~8 reps) which means I have to multiply this by 1.5 which makes 2400 kcal and then add another 500 to 1000 kcal in order to build up muscle => 2900 to 3400 kcal.
