As we all know, photoaging is the no.1 cause of premature aging and wearing a good sunscreen, re applied throughout the day, anytime you are outdoors during the daytime or spending prolonged time near Windows is the easiest and highest roi you can have for anti aging.

What are some of the best sunscreens available? Non comedogenic, sweat/waterproof, absorbs well and feels light, anti oxidants are all helpful, but the most important feature is ppd and making sure the chemical filters used protect you from a wide spectrum of uva. Sadly, all the good ones aren’t available in the US, and Europe seems to have the best selection.

It’s becoming harder to find specific products included on top 10 lists and even finding the ppd of any given product.

La roche posay seems to make a lot of good ones, just make sure you go for 30-35+ ppd.

Bioderma apparently used to make one called photoderm milk but I can’t find it on the official website.

Isdin fotoultra supposedly had one with 60+ ppd but again, can’t find this on their site.

Beyond those, there are a couple niche German brands I’ve heard of and I’m still perusing loreal and vichy sites.
