I am going through a divorce currently and the main issues at hand are custody of our 4 year old disabled daughter, and finances. My ex was arrested for domestic battery in September 2022 and I filed for divorce a couple weeks later. I've had full custody with only limited visitation recently on her part. She was acquitted in August because there was no third party evidence against her, which is fine. The violence occurred.

I'm here to see if any of you fine people may know of a men's rights lawyer in Northern Illinois, hopefully that can work pro bono or for a reduced/flat fee. I have a status hearing next Tuesday where I'm going to ask the judge to set the matter for trial, hopefully in February or March.
