useful - But I would always say, take with a pinch of salt, and be aware that the men groups they form will have different opinions on different areas of men's life.

look through some of their YT videos and you might see some of that, I caught one that was a bit of a put down for mra such like this group. sometimes I wondered if they were a little detached from the reality that people in groups such as these face?
