Matched with HB8 on Tinder a few months ago. Back then I was pretty BP and was about to enter a LTR so I soft next her.

Fast forward to last month, she starts texting me again hitting on me left and right. I’m pretty sure that’s because I rejected her first so her hamster couldn’t handle it so she had to approach me.

We set up a date. It went great, however we didn’t get to fuck. The week after she keeps texting me asking how I am and whatnot. So clearly her interest levels are high. We set up a date but she couldn’t make it so we decided to check again this week.

Now last Friday we both were out of town but with separate groups of friends. She texts me asking if I don’t want to come over to the bar she’s at to see her. She’s there for her best girlfriend’s birthday or whatever.

When I get there I greet her and her friends (2 male 1 female), and from the get go I could tell they didn’t vibe with me, especially her best girlfriend. I was basically left out from the conversation the whole time, even though I tried to participate quite a few times.

So I decided to separate us from them and start chatting with HB8 exclusively. We chat for a while, kissed goodbye and then I left because I had other plans for the night. She didn’t seem to be bothered but I’m sure after I left her best friend started talking shit on me.

I’m sure this whole situation might come off as oneitis, but I’m genuinely curious about TRP’s take on this. How much do her friends opinions matter to her? Do they influence her perception of you?

I’ll ask her out this week anyways but I’m basically assuming this is already dead after what happened.
