In these kind of situations I think you should say "let my know by ___" so that it doesn't leave the impression of you waiting around for her, and it seems like your time is valuable. Only real advice I have.

Should have said “I’ll see you tomorrow night” instead of your last message. But yes, wait and let her text you. Abundance mentality

I would have just told her to come over at a certain time but either way leave her on read until 2 hours before you're ready. Say "come over at x time, wear something cute"
