Look most woman just want attention and will say anything to get it without backing it up like meeting up with you. Invite her to your place for some drinks and watch a movie. If she comes great she probably wants to fuck or whatnot, if she says no or comes up with an excuse without reschedule then you simply move on. You should be talking to multiple woman and not focused on one. And stop talking about not having sex, it’s an awkward conversation and just not fun to talk about. Just do whatever feels right at the moment, touch her more, hug her more, things like that. Take control of your situation.

I think that there might be different things going on in her head. She might be shy, she might worry that she’s not good enough, she might be worried about not wanting to ruin your relationship as friends. But at the same time, she might want you to chase her, she might be testing you, I mean the list goes on. My best advice is to keep your cool and let her see who you really are. Be the best version of yourself you can be and she will be drawn to you.

If you truly just wanna have sex with her don't ask her out on a date. Get into a situation like this again where you're both drinking. Do the usual playful talk. Go for the kiss/don't ask her. She's teasing the fuck out of you. Do you have the balls to just go for it.... that's what she's asking for and wants.

As long as you're ok with fucking up her relationship with her BF that is. She's out of line even talking to you like that tbh. Would hate being her BF.
