Is ageism common? Do people see young people as being superior?
Is it widely believed that men prefer younger women (beauty and sex wise) that women are obsessed with ageing and touchy about age, that women become invisible with age and that beauty is mostly about how much younger you look?
Are these ingrained majority views that are casually held? For example men know to compliment a woman you tell her she looks younger and an insult is for a woman to be told that they look older.
Also rich men and men who have affairs and mistresses...do people assume it's mostly with women half their age?
Also do people believe biologically men seek out younger women due to ferility?
Women dye their grey hair while men are silver foxes? Women get botox and anti ageing while men do not?
Most actress interviews that I read online say how bad it is to be over 40 in entertainment and as a woman beauty wise for how the audience and male directors see you.
How common are all of these things?
