Hit the big 30, and just wanted to list a few things I learnt over the years re/ seduction. I think most of these all well known within the community, but I rarely read any guides etc. So these are what I think made the difference for me in attracting women. I only figured most of these out when I was 28 or so, so I'm hoping it will benefit some of the younger members. I guess most of these points would fall under 'inner game'.
Pick something you are really good at and master it:
Honestly this is the most important thing. Try and be the best at your job, hobby etc, particularly in a niche field. Picking a field to master than not many people can, fills you with so much confidence that approach anxiety fades away. To me most of the confidence the older PUA guys had was faked and I found it harder translating this into my game as there was no foundation. I worked hard to be one of the best in my field on wall street and that is where my confidence came from. It could be from setting up a business, running ultra marathons in remote places etc.
Grooming points:
a. Buy clothes that fit. I'm not advocating going out and buying expensive designer clothes or anything. Just make sure your shirts, jeans etc compliment your body type. Try using the alteration services available in many laundrettes. Simple fixes could be jeans might to too baggy , or shirt hangs too low.
b. Try getting a more expensive barber if you can afford it. I happened to visit a barber more expensive than mine (yes I used to pay about 5$ for a haircut lol) and was shocked at the difference. I was previously the kind of guy to laugh at 'suckers' paying that much to cut their hair but it's worth it if you can afford it. Being unkempt is something people generally don't tell you as you get older, so many people just don't realise how untidy they look. Sadly this impacts your career, how people perceive you, and lets face it the Insta profile has to look good.
Gym:
If you hate working out, try out different activities and see which one you hate the least. Hate cardio, try weights and try smashing your PB. Try CrossFit, Yoga. It's in line with the first point where killing it at whatever exercise you decided to do fills you with so much confidence that the approach anxiety fades away (also become generally confident)
Social Media:
Sadly you have to have a presence on social media these days. I'm sure I missed out on a lot of opportunities in my 20s because I was too stubborn to get an account. Just have pictures of you enjoying your hobbies/passions. If you love running, travel etc just post pictures of this. This will help you attract women with similar interests to you, which makes things easier.
These are the small changes I made that led to much better success in my life in my late 20s than earlier on. As I said I'm sure most of this is common knowledge, but i rarely read guides etc and this is stuff I realised on my own sadly
there doesn't seem to be anything here
