I’m not looking for a relationship right now because I’m dealing with some mental health issues but I’m friendly with everyone, regardless of their gender and sex.

I don’t work with this married lady but I see her nearly every day at work (we work in the same place but in different departments). She’s really attractive but I’m not trying to have anything with her due to her being married and me not being ready for a relationship. She most likely knows she’s really attractive.

When I first met her, I started a conversation and we became friends. We talk about a lot of things but nothing that hits any interest in each other. I make friends easily regardless of their gender and sex. After the first two weeks of meeting, she became a bit weird. One day, she ignores me and when I ask her if she’s okay, she barely acknowledges me but then the day after, she becomes REALLY friendly and starts a conversation herself. What’s up with this lady? Does she do this for attention? She really confuses me.
