Talk to five women a day without the intention of smashing for 30 days. This will help with approaching and anxiety. Once you feel comfortable approaching, sealing the deal becomes easier. Never comment on their looks. Look for things you notice about them that you can initiate a conversation like "those are nice shoes" or "my friend has that same shirt" or even "what's up with that guy with the Sombrero"? Anything to get them chatting.

Thank you, see my problem isn’t so much approach anxiety but more not sealing the deal, I need to be more flirtatious and escalate things more. And I knew those two other points. It’s how I still get laid by not complementing their looks. But I still struggle man

Focus only on what you want (don't try to follow the woman's lead, you want her following yours) and be honest. By honest, I mean express how you feel, don't be a crude autistic asshole. You can tell a girl you find her attractive and want to get to know her and if you end up finding her interesting tell her that you find her fascinating and would love to spend the night together no string a attached just having fun.
