If you're feeling negative emotions like nervousness, change it to excitement. Mentally tell yourself that you're excited about the possibilities that can come from this interaction. Also assume she's attracted to you, this itself can be powerful
Women need to feel sexy to get turned on. So you want to transfer the feeling that you find her sexy, through the way you look at her. Appreciate not just her physical beauty but also her entire feminine form.

Imo these are two very powerful things, seduction goes beyond words and the idea of mirror neurons encapsulate that concept well

I think it is not that important, it is more important social dynamics, even if you could take a magnetic resonance of his brain that won't help you
