Something that had helped me is when I see a cute girl I'm interested in, I will immediately text my brother or a close bro friend that, "I'm going to make a move. Ask me how it goes tomorrow."type if text. It kinds some accountability. Give that a shot maybe!

Honestly the hardest part is the approach, but once you get over that fear and are able to approach just practice with random people asking them for the time from there you approach the person you’re interested in and just start with a simple opener, “ Hey I saw you, thought you were cute and wanted to say hi my name is _____ what’s yours?” From there vibe it out use your environment as a tool and be straightforward in asking for what you want ( social media, number etc;)at the very least you’d feel good about yourself for approaching and at best will get their info. You have to go into it like a job interview… Appearance and first impressions do matter so be well groomed when you try this, and try not to tense up or stutter let the convo flow out of you.

Man, it's 2021. You don't ever have to approach a woman (or call them a 'girl") again. There are these things called dating apps. That's how most people meet. No need to try to approach a woman in the supermarket and talk about zuccini.
