Of course you go for it in her mind she's probably thinking she made a big messup but just accept it and say Hi and if she brings up that's a spam account just say it's no big deal and continue to talk from there, feel her out through the texts and make it natural, it would be worse if you left it unchecked causes she's going to be panicking about it till something gets said, but try to not be confrontational about it! Say something about it indirect fashion! etc: "Thanks for the extra follow, it helps a lot" or something more creative if u have no ideas
