Okay, I know this kind of off topic but I found this article and thought it has some good analysis on what exactly is a form of 'toxic masculinity' specifically encouraged by the sports industry.

Unlike what the stupid reddit admins consider toxic and positive, ironically redirecting visitors to STONY BROOKS? WTF? Anyway not to get more off topic.

The link is this, I want opinions on this and also on 'gender strain' the author refers to, which I think I'm suffering from. Is this scientific? I noticed I have a form of pressure lately, wanting to be more muscular, aggressive and tough but it gives me a hard time relaxing my self and enjoying life.

This is due to my past where I was a skinny fuck and felt bad for my self, lifting sure did sky rocket my self esteem but the whole get big get dominant idea, I think I might have interpreted it wrong. How do I overcome this without believing in getting 'soft' if I don't behave like a hard motherfucker/edgelord

Any input? Thanks in advance.
