I normally wait until they post something on there story that is funny or I agree with. Then I react to it and send a small message. It gets you in her DMs and if she is interested she can continue the conversation.

You need to be a person worth responding to. Ideally have clout/lifestyle/looks that they’d want. If not then good luck cuz it probs wont lead anywhere
