It really depends on what signals shes sending if you do talk to her. Honestly since you're both so young I'd say ask for the number regardless because there's a good chance she may not even understand how to show signs that she may be interested in you. You have nothing to lose.

Maybe ask for social media Snapchat etc that way to make it less embarrassing she can say she doesn’t have social media rather than just say no you can’t have my number .. good luck
