Experience will make you relaxed, but here are some real good tips to help you relax during your approaches when you are new or inexperienced.

- Practice body relaxation Techniques

Normally we spend most of our days being in our thoughts and having awareness of what we are currently thinking.

You want to learn at home how to become aware of your body. All of us have the ability to become aware of our entire bodies from the feet all the way to the top of the head. Awareness or your focus doesn't have to be in the ''head'' it can be channeled and distributed to any area of the body.

The lower you down in the body the more grounded you are. I'm a big fan of being aware of my pelvis and lower abdomen. Feeling the breath going in, expanding the lower part of the stomach and going out.

With your focus you choose the area you want to become aware of and it's your breath that anchor your awareness to that spot.

It's important that you learn and practice this off the field and get a little hang of it, then you can start doing it as you are walking around in your day and talking to girls. With a little practice you can be aware of your lower body and simultaneously have a conversation.

Not only will it help you with women, but it makes you feel REALLY GOOD. Breathing in deeply and being aware of your lower part of your body moves you away from the head and all it's thinking. Once you're less aware of the mental chatter that's going on in your brain you become a more free and open person.

This will also make you really creative, because you're not held back by thinking you can observe the environment around you and from there you can draw inspiration of what to say to the girl in the moment.

Being meditation based have added tremendous satisfaction to my life and that's why I want to share it with you today. A lot of people ask me where my confidence comes from and I have to say that it comes from a lack of thinking.

From much meditation and grounding work I'm just not in my head unless I'm performing a work task. Even as I'm writing this most of my focus is on the contact between my ass and the chair rather than thinking about what I'm supposed to write which allows me to freestyle this whole text all in one go without stopping.

Try it out for yourself and if you don't know how to do this you can go to YouTube and search different body relaxation videos and give them a try to just get your foot into the door, but it's really, really simple: close your eyes and Just start to focus your attention on different parts of your body and stop to breathe at each body part. Once you've done that through your feet, knees, quads/hamstrings try your arms, shoulders, chest.

Eventually zone in on one place... Your pelvis/lower part of your body. Do 10-20 deep breaths as you focus on these areas to anchor your attention/awareness there.

After doing that get up walk around and keep your attention in your lower part of your body as you do normal things like clean your room or do the dishes. It doesn't take much practice. Then start to do it as you work or when you take a walk and eventually it just becomes something that is very normal.

When you are in conversations with women do it as you're talking or listening to them. See how they start to view you differently. Even if you record yourself you'll see that you look much more calm and grounded. Doing this will make you seem/feel more grounded to all that you come into contact with.
