What to talk about with a friend you've talked about everything

I'm a 35M, and my friend is 36F, we met several years ago and she lives in another city like four years ago, and it's difficult for us to see each other. We like to talk about politics but now in our country this is a bitter topic and I prefer to avoid it. And when we start to chat it's like it doesn't flow, and I don't know what to do.
