i mean i guess it depends if you think she is someone who would like to be treated to a date or two first or if she is cool with just chilling at your place. if you want a relationship id invite her out for even something small like ice cream or whatever

Maybe just ask to go out for coffee/walk in the park. See what the vibe is and if it’s good invite her over for the movie and dinner. If not you can start moving on.
