To make a long story short, I met a girl back in November and we hit it off really well. I guess it was what you would call a "whirlwind romance" as we were both really into each other but we lived in separate states so it complicated things and caused the whole thing to end just as quickly as it began. I tried to make it work way harder than I should have and that was the nail in the coffin for the whole thing. The end of it was not handled so well on my part- I didn't cry, I didn't blow up her phone or beg for another chance, but I did somewhat lose frame because honestly it was very disappointing.

So it's 6 months later, and I'm still bummed about the whole thing. I've moved on to other women and still go out with friends and whatnot but she's always kinda in the back of my mind and I want it to stop. I feel a lot of guilt and shame for not being the man I know I am when we had our time together and the thought of her remembering me that way drives me insane.

Help?
