Well what did you want out of the “relationship,” as it were?

You sound apprehensive, but also like you wanted her to some extent. Hookup?

I mean she did all of the heavy lifting for you. It sounds like she probably had a little too much wine and wanted to feel desired, and she liked you, and you just got analysis paralysis because she caught you off guard and didn’t really give you an out.

I would have just played along but tried to distract her with a “red herring” or whatever as sort of a passive defense and get out of the hot seat.
