I've been reading a lot about inner game, confidence, and body language. I used to struggle with IOIs and self-doubt. Well today, I fucking conquered that shit. I was chilling outside my place of work waiting for my bus. My car is busted and I don't have the money to fix. So I'm chilling and I see this cute girl walk past. She's all alone, and I think about approaching. I decide not too cause it's my place of work and I don't want that bad juju if it goes wrong. My female coworker comes out and stands next to her and start talking. She's a few arm length away. I look the cutie in the eyes and say "Why don't you guys come sit over here"
She tells my coworker "I'm down to go sit with him." I chat them up, and I move myself directly across from the cutie. I say hi to both of them and immediately start talking to my coworker so I don't look too involved in the hottie. We talk for a couple of seconds and I ask the cutie who she is. My coworker introduces her to me. I shake her hand, and try to do it while showing interest. Her names Julia. My name is Julian. I point out the fact we have similar names. She's like haha you can call me Julie-anne. I laugh and says that's cute, and sure. We start talking about past experiences and she's really into me and asking all these questions. I feel kinda bad cause, were ignoring my coworker, but I'm also trynna lay this chick so it's fair. I introduce my coworker back into the conversation a couple times. At one point my other co-worker comes out and says hi. I know this one likes me, and she has a boyfriend, so I use her as social proof for a bit. I smile at her and say a flirty hi. She gives me a smile back and I ignore Julia for a couple seconds just to deny her a little bit. I immediately dive back in to the conversation with Julia and talk her up. At this point we're just talking about the unusual weather lately, but I'm making sure to crack a little jokes, look her in the eyes, and smile. It gets to the point where both my coworkers are having a conversation and it's just me and Julia. My coworker leaves and it's just us three again. My coworker asks if she's ready to go. She says yeah, and I have a little time to go. I hug my coworker I look to see if Julia is in a position to hug her bye, but she doesn't seem receptive to it, so I give another handshake. I ask if they're going to walk to their destination. They say yeah. I walk with them. I stand by my coworker and we get to talking. I mention Halloween and somehow get into Quentin Tarantino. We're discussing his movies and I walk a little slower while still talking to Julia. I'm trying to isolate her or walk next to her. She matches my package while still walking. My coworker is like "oh my god, guys" and just start walking ahead of us. I just laugh and continue walking. At this point Julia had taken off her sweater, and wearing just a tank top. Maybe it was warm, maybe she was trying to look more attractive. Who knows? We continue talking and at this point we have to split ways. I ask her for her number. She hits me with " I uh, really don't give out my number". I responded with, "No? I just thought you were a cool person to talk too." My coworker is like "she has a bae". I put my hands up, and was like "Oh, I get you." Say bye and walk away. Even though I didn't get the number...
I feel like this girl was clearly into me. My only regret is I didn't Kino, and I didn't ask for her smoother... I just want to thank you all for the great advice this sub gives from time to time. I feel like the time I've spent here is starting to pay off and I'm improving as a person. Normally I would've been a nervous, heart thumping in chest wreck, but not anymore. Thank you guys!
there doesn't seem to be anything here
