Hi guys, regular lurker here. I started working for this great company about 5 months ago now, and I love my job. I work in IT on the helpdesk and all of the employees I work with are great, I've seen this one girl who around who is gorgeous and I talk to her no problem at work, the little 1-2 minutes I get with her I'm not sure and I'll try to crack a joke about anything really, I make eye contact and the rest so i'm not coming off shy or anything.

But I really want to get to know her - shes really friendly and if she sees me around she smiles and waves and asks if im ok. Not saying she might be interested in me but maybe she is just a little bit? My question is how do I make the first move in trying to talk to her? I have her on facebook but I don't want to seem creepy or anything. I can't really do anything in terms of meeting her for lunch because .. I work in IT.. there are no lunches lol. After work I think her mother drives her home (we all work for the same company). Any advice on how to pursue this? I'd be pretty happy with just being close friends with her, she seems like a really cool girl :).

TL;DR talk to this girl once/twice a week at work when i'm walking around fixing stuff, she seems really nice and always waves and smiles when she sees me, I have her on facebook, trying to find a way to get to know her more.
