Get a job? Malls, I know a lot of teenage girls are steadily becoming gamers now, so that's an option too. Maybe a library. If you have a good group of friends find out about a party.

I go to an a catholic school (all male) so I got you.

Your best bet at our age is to build as large a social circle as possible. This will 1. make you more valuable to girls and 2. get you a lot of experience, which at out age is essential (the instruction can only take you so far- the best way to figure out what works best for you is to learn through trial and error)

Your problem right now is you don't have enough reasons to leave the house. So fix that. Start doing things. Like sports? Join a local rec league. Like art? Take a class somewhere. Join a gym and start working out. Get a job at a mall: clothing stores like Abercrombie are great for meeting girls. Start doing your homework outside of the house. Go to Starbucks or a library, just to be seen, and then in between assignments talk to some people. Even if you're not interested in them, just to get practice. Go to a shopping center and look at clothes (don't buy them- just look) and then talk to girls while you're there.

The key is just to force yourself to get out as much as possible. There are girls our age everywhere.
