Holy FAWK dude, u are lucky. When I transferred schools I got so much attention from women I could have had about four girls in the first week! Not even exaggerating. And the awesome part is that they all came to me! I wish I knew about seddit when I was in your position.

Disclaimer: I just started checking out seddit, so don't think I'm a guru or anything.

Use where you're from as a conversation starter. You're the new kid and you're from a different place, girls are usually infatuated with the new guy. Maybe even make up some shit, y'know DHV. I moved from the San Francisco Bay Area to SoCal so I wasn't even that exotic or anything.

One of the big rules here in seddit is to meet everyone. This helped me meet the girl that I was interested in (although I didn't even get her number). I had just gotten into class, started talking to some acquaintances, sat down at a table with the girl I was eyeing, continued conversations with other people and BOOM she ends up opening me because I was getting hella attention and I guess she got interested.

Obviously stay confident.

Talk to everyone, be the funny guy in the group. Figure out who's fun to be around and stick with that group. Ask what there is for fun around here, most likely this will involve lots of drinking and sex.

You have a totally new image, the worst possible thing you can do is be the weird kid who never talks to anyone. Don't even worry too much about the whole seduction thing yet, it will come. Make friends with girls and you will probably meet their attractive friends . Make friends with guys and they will let you know the things about the girls in your grade. They might just be able to set you up with a female friend of theirs.

It will take time, but you can do it. I literally went from Kindergarden to Senior year with the same 80 kids the entire time and it sucked to some extent because everyone knew everything that ever happend to anyone. You have a fresh start and plenty of opportunity so make it happen.
