The gym is usually a forbidden zone like your work-don’t shit where you eat because you should be lifting not gaming.

If you must though I would say open indirect.

I tend to speak to everybody in my gym and I have a good social network there, all the trainers and most regulars call me by name etc.. This makes opening anybody very very easy.

However I don't game these girls, because the gym is my holy sacred place and I really don't want to fuck it up. But when I'm going out and I meet somebody from my gym they usually introduce me to their friends and I do game them, which benefits me heavily.

Little piece of advice here: When for some reason you can't game a girl, you are not interested in her or she is not (sexually) interested in you, always ask her to introduce you to some of their hot friends.

Just ask her if she’s ever thought about competing because you want to (it helps to be jacked). It’s an easy way to start a convo without seeming needy. Then ask her what she’s working out and take it from there
