Play it cool... Especially if you like her. Do not text her again. She may have something else going on. Just be patient and friendly but let her make the move to greet you the next time you're at the bar... and be sure to look hot and have a little swag. I'm not talking "The Game" swag because people recognize that shit a mile away these days, but just cool "I'm confident in who I am swag". Just go about your business and be patient... It may or may not work out, but if you try too hard or look like you want it too much, it comes across as needy.

When you meet her again, just say Hi, how are you and other small talk like that. If you want and she seems up to it, ask her out for coffee or something How about we grab a coffee tomorrow....

If she's detached, still be friendly; and move on.
