Talk about religion.

I'm not joking, just hear me out.

Typically I will ask a girl (texting or in person) if they are religious because I am not and if they are a full blown religious person than this isn't going to work. We may have a few exchanges talking about our beliefs or what not but I typically say a line similar to this..

".. Honestly though it's a major barrier if there are different beliefs. Like it kills the relationship."

"Plus, those serious enough to wait for marriage to have sex and I'm like... Ah no thanks"

If they agree with you they will tell you flat out right there and now the topic has turned sexual.

Sometimes they may not fully respond but a simple follow up question by you could turn the tides.

The discussion can start to move to mine and their standards - How great the sex must be, what sex means to us, how quickly do we want to have it, ect.

But it's a great way to start to polarize and get someone out of the friend zone!
