Does anyone have any tips for helping yourself feel more confident in bed? (first time posting here so if there's a different sub I should use let me know!)

This was a major topic in my household with an ex girlfriend that led to many a fights. I'll give some advise based on just personal experience that you can feel free to take with a grain of salt.

Too your first question of building self confidence I think the working out is a great idea. Nothing says look at me like a fine sculpted body.

I look/looked at subs like gonewild when my gf was asleep because we were in a sexless relationship for awhile, it was part of a fantasy. My thinking was I wish my gf would this with me. That being said maybe indulge that fantasy.

As a pua topic, this is known as "sexual confidence." The best way to be sexually confident is to have more sex and get good at it. Part of this is maturity. It sounds like you are jealous about your guy's mental images of women. Guys like visual imagery for fantasies, it has nothing to do with you. Guys will have sexual fantasies and will masturbate even if they have tons of good sex with a committed relationship.

One concept I like, comes from sex columnist Dan Savage. He calls it "GGG" or "Good, Giving, and Game." You both have to be as interested in your partner's satisfaction as your own. You will gain confidence by seeing your lover taking pleasure in what you do for him, just as he will do the same for you. If it's not balanced, if one partner is more demanding or more selfish (even you) then things have to change.
