So lets say you are texting a girl and the exchange goes you ask question, she answers and asks you the same question...you ask question, she answers and ask you the same question.

How about just answering the question only. And waiting for her to ask you a question or make a comment. I'm thinking this is a good gauge to see her interest level. Girls that like you would make a decent effort to keep the exchange going, no?
