This is a statement about the things she wants out of a relationship. Nothing you did created that in her.

Dating is a screening process where you try people out and see if things work out for each of you to get what you want.

If you don't want sex with emotions with this girl, then MOVE ON. The only way to get sex out of this situation, is with unnecessary drama.

I have known her for a months then once we kissed in the bed she stopped me when it came to sex and said that she can't have it because she has not developed emotions towards me and she can't have sex without emotions.

Sounds like you escalated fast enough. She just has this personal boundary at sex. You have no control over this and you were right to respect it.

Now again, if you don't sex with emotions, you're done here.

You should have cut it off after the first time. You're just wasting your time. Do you think that she'll come around? This makes as much sense as her thinking that you'll come around to wanting an emotional attachment.

You don't "make them want sex." You didn't have an accident. You're describing the normal experience of screening people as you date them. It's not about making every situation work out exactly as you want, because not everyone wants the same things you want.

If you want to screen FASTER for casual sex only, though, here are some recommendations:

Going for sex in the first few dates, is correct, if you're casually minded, especially.
Don't see someone more than once every 8 days.
No public displays of affection
- No hand-holding
- No tender romantic kisses
- No romantic gestures in general
- No cuddling
- Don't integrate her into your circle(s) of friends.

Why do they start kissing if they don't want sex?

Kissing isn't inconsistent with not wanting casual sex.
