Comment on something about her (jewelry, clothes, makeup-style, hair etc.)
Comment on recent events and attempt to spark conversation from it.
Speak of some of your interests that you may believe her to also hold
Tell a story
Play a game
Depending on how long you've been talking to her, attempt to dance with her. Not even kidding. If you've been talking to her long enough, attempt a half-kidding salsa dance. If its day time, spin her. If its night time, spin her and dip her. This is obviously best when done at a place that isn't a dance club.

Just show balls and do something physical, if you're waiting for a bus or something, have a thumb war, try to get her to remember when she was a kid in middle/high school where they would do that little high fiving thing where they would have a rhyme, I can't remember one but you may be able to. If she can't remember one, teach her one, it involves movement, music, and physical contact, three things everyone likes.
