Hi folks,
I've been meditating on framing and frame control. The most important thing seems to be a strong belief in something. One problem I'm trying to solve, is the lack of material (or building blocks) that I need in order to build my alter-ego (frame of mind). I am also coincidentally studying acting at the moment and the theory definitely overlaps each other.
I reckon that books or movies that delved into one particular character would work wonders. Maybe an autobiography?
Any advice would be awesome. :)
