How can I deal with a man that always give shit about everyone and everything they do and see them as inferior and that everything they do is wrong AKA narcissistic guy?

I always ignore him but I had a few situations where I almost break my frame and start arguing with him.

So I suppose I can handle this by maintining frame and laughing about when he throws shit at me.
