Why don't you want to be too openly flirty? Trust me this is not going to happen unless you or your wife make the awkward(and very forward) move.

Don't try to get cute with describing dessert, your success or failure of a threesome is not determined by how you describe your dessert. Just say no berries.

Once she is there in person, just bring up the subject of threesomes, ask if she has every had one or been interested in one. If she is receptive, then tell her both you and your wife find her attractive and ask if she would be interested. Do this on couches or location where you can all move around, sit next to eachother, etc. If she is interested, just sit by her and start kissing her.

You need to get over this fear of being too open or too flirty. You are trying to fuck this woman and have her fuck your wife, and you are scared of being too forward?

Edit: Also just general advice, but the whole changing fb status and privacy settings and worrying about how you will describe dessert is over-thinking things and a huge turnoff for most women. Just be casual and stop giving it so much thought! I feel like if dinner happened you are going to be worried about where everyone will sit, what you are going to wear, and trying to control every little detail and plan too much in advance. Just CHILL OUT and let it happen. Be forward!
