I'm 25, at least moderately attractive and have never considered myself a PUA. I thought it was something that you were born with, not that you could learn.
The challenge for day 1 was to make small talk with 5 people. I thought I could handle it like a boss, but goddamn was I wrong. I really learned something about myself when that day ended, me having narrowly defeated the challenge. I regrouped that night and read some motivational material on Seddit.
Day 2's challenge was basically the same: make small talk with 5 people, and try to approach 1 girl. To clarify -- I work in a large hospital, so young cute nurses are in abundance. Not even an hour into my day, I had already defeated the challenge. I had a good breakfast and spent some time with my female coworkers as a pregame. I acted on impulse and obeyed the 3 second rule. I was getting small responses from girls left and right, many of them being HB7-8's. Just a 'hello' or a small smile was enough to keep me going. I can't wait to start on day 3.
I know these are small accomplishments in the scheme of things, but just seeing the difference in myself between days 1 and 2 was enough motivation. I really hope to keep this momentum.
