Sometimes the entire club, besides the smoking room, is so loud that you have to literally grab a girl and yell in her ear for them to hear you.

Its kind of hard to have a conversation like this.

How do you guys get around that?

Also, is it better to approach girls on their own, or with a group. Dancing, or not dancing?
