Might be obvious but clean your car, treat it like an extension of your hygiene. No girl wants to sit near a 4 month old whopper box for 3 hours.

If your car is crappy and can't do much to make it better, chat it up and jokingly suggest that your car is "really nice" and leave it open to jokes before she sees it.
