So I am at uni, finished my 2.nd year now and haven't gotten much going yet.

I met thir girl in a student bar a few weeks before while she was having a drink with a common friend (f) of ours. I asked whether I could join them as I was there alone, had just popped in to see whether I knew anyone to have a pint with. (This was early afternoon)

Had a nice time, common friend was complaining about her love life, I bought both a drink some time in, did not do anything other than friendy. They had to do stuff in the evening so later we all went our separate ways.

A few weeks after this I went to the common friend's birthday party, park BBQ thing with a litte more than a dozen people. I couldn't stay lng as I had to go to another friend's party who was gonna leave (this was towards the end of the year).

I already had that girl in mind when going there, and since I started learning her language for shits and giggles a while ago (possibly before I even met her, this was unrelated - but still makes them like you :P), I asked her how her name was pronounced and why, because I had read this one rule in my book bla bla bla.
I didn't pay attention and said I'd been wondering about that on the way here already. She caught up on that and asked like "really, you were thinking how to pronounce my name"? I tried to pokerface and say in a casual/distraced way "Yeah I was like 'hey, I'm gonna see that one girl again' ". (Is this this pushing people talk about around here? Did I do that right? It wasn't on purpose actually...)

Being a bartender, she made me her favourite drink I complimented her on. Later I suggested we should go for a coffee sometime, I dunno how exactly anymore, possibly suggesting "to practise my [language]", and got her number. I might have been trying to think of/treating her like a friend, whis is why I was less nervous about it. Or just alcohol.

Sent her a text 1-2 days after, starting line in [language] (off google translate xD), suggesting a coffee. She set the location (nice terrace, was a sunny day!) but it was full so we got a starbucks icy sugary coffee thing each (I paid) and went to the graveyard (that one was used like a park by everybody, but it was a little awkward for us as well at first) and sat in the grass, talked.
Later she wanted to lay down and I said "wait a sec" and tried lying against a tree so she could lie her head on my legs; that was quite tickly so I moved a little and had her lay her head on my chest.

I played with the tips of her hair at first, so she couldn't even feel it. At some point I said I was doing that and she said she liked it when ppl carress her hair, I could do it. I said okay. She said again, I could do it (as if I hadn't understood the first time). Then I did.
[I am not sure whether I should have not done it straight away to not position myself below her, but I actually wanted to do so. What is more important, teasing/push/pull and stuff or integrity. i.e. doing what I want?]

After that we napped a little, I set my alarm and stroke her for a good 20 min/half hour before she had to leave for work. This was probably the closest I have ever been to a girl so far (when sober).

Then we had to wake up and somehow I wanted to put my arm around her chest/neck area in a hugging motion (she was still lying on my chest). I got some collateral boob, then drew away from that and said in a semi-purposefully-socially-awkward-penguin way "I'm sorry, I never know how to do this ... I don't want to touch you ... well I do :D ... I mean, you know what I mean :P". She giigled/laughed.
Then, I forget details, but she turned around and laid her hand on mine that was around her neck. Then, sortly just after that she really had to go to work so we left.

I said I might just come in for a drink straight away, but thought it might be better to leave while she's enjoying her time with me. I am not so sure anymore now. Was that good or shall you try to keep dates long?

We met again by chance 1-2 days later on campus, I was flat-hunting, she did some uni work (had an exam to come, I was all done). She came up and greeted me while I had just dialled a number on my phone. I smiled and went back to my phone. Three minutes later I went and kissed her hello, talked a minute, she had to leave, I said bye. "Are you not coming out while I smoke my cigarette?". I did. [Again, should I have?]

Sent her a text, after she had told me she'd be quite busy all day, exam the next day, asking her whether she was sure she didn't want a coffee break sometime - "they are really good for productivity" I wrote.
She answered "hahaha thanks" atraigt away. Few hours later I get a text whether I was still up for it. I was at a flat viewing at the time, so I answered 10 mins later, saying ok in 20 minutes.

Had coffee on weird chairs in an empty room in university hub, no kino possible. [Did I use that right? :/ I'm new btw ^ ^ ]
Suggested to go sit on a bench in the park or something later [famous "change of venue"??]. Ended up having my arm around her and eventually carressing her hands all the time. She didn't mind or anything but did not reciprocate. That intrigued me quite a bit.

Left after that, spent hours talking altough she had her big exam the next day. We said we'd meet in the evening when she was going out, as she had her day alreaddy planned with her flatmate.

The next day I get a text, she was too tired and was gonna stay home. I replied me too, which was true at the time.
I ended up going out in the evening anyway.

In the club, I see her flatmate walking through a bunch of people in my general direction. I don't know whether she knows me, but I know her (mainly from sight, I one approached her in my biggest drunkenness the previous year and barely said a word ... it wasn't brilliant... I probably should not have told my girl this xD ).
Anyway, I see her flatmate being 'thrusted backwards', then I see "my girl" holding her back, whispering something into her ear, flatmate starts grinning, then both turn around and go opposite direction.

I am certain she saw me and didn't want to say hello. I had send her a text before goign out but after saying I wouldn't go out suggesting to meet up the next day. She answered at the time the club closed, saying she had much to do the next day and was leaving on vacation for a week, and I probably wouldn't want to get up that early.

Less than a week later I left uni. I will probably never see her again.
Why did she do this? It hurt quite a bit...

Thanks, seddit, for listening, answering my questions and any additional advice! :)
