I read the book awhile ago... sex god method or something? I barely remember it, can't even remember who wrote it. But I do remember the gist of it: the take home point was that there are four things that make for great sex (for both of you) and he calls it the DEVI method... or DEVI something.
D - Dominance (kind of self explanatory)
E - Emotion (it's not just meat slapping together, there's a real human connection here)
V- Variety (not just in mechanics/positions but between Dominance and Emotion as well)
I - Immersion (just generally being "into it" and kind of forgetting everything else around you)
Now, the question I want to pose involves the Emotion tenet, particularly the verbal aspect - in order to properly implement "Variety," it helps to have a verbalization of Emotion juxtaposed with some dirty Dominant talk. But in the book, his hypothetical situations seem to assume an LTR, in which "I love you" and variations thereof are thrown around liberally.
The issue, of course, is that pesky L-word. So the question: how would one verbalize emotion/connection during sex without dropping the L bomb? I feel like this should be easy but I can't come up with anything for some reason.
there doesn't seem to be anything here
