Don't be weird. Be awesome and confident. Only a lack of confidence creates awkwardness. When you meet up, joke and be fun. Get your work done, but show her you're an awesome dude too and build attraction the whole time. Once the group work is over, ask her if she'd like to go grab food or coffee or whatever.
As a disclaimer, read everything on the side if you haven't yet. Also, you may want to watch the Blueprint Decoded if you haven't. That program is too solid and I recommend it to anyone interested in living an awesome life.
