Graduated in '09 so I don't know what you crazy college kids do these days, but back in my day...

-Invite her over to hookah with friends (if you hookah)

-Tell her to come by and pregame on a Thursday or Friday

-If you feel more comfortable, the ole come over to hang and watch a movie gag is good, although usually this is code for lets have secks

I'm kind of a one trick pony- I have no advice beyond using tobacco products or consuming alcohol.

You probably have more going on in college than you think. I learned after a couple of months that we had one big ass event calendar (when i was back in college), but it actually doesn't show all of the events on campus. I went to every department's webpage and figured out what cool stuff there was to do around campus such as (beer fest at the botanical gardens, cooking classes in the hrm department, symphony recitals, etc). I would look the events up once a week and add the ones I liked to my google calendar and invite people. If they didn't want to come, who cares I still had a bad ass event to go to. Then I've got a story to entice the next person I talk to.

TL;DR find out what's going on in your city and college campus. Many think I'm spontaneous, but I'm just a really great planner
