Hello all! I've been lurking around here for a while now. I've been reading a lot of the material and been trying to put a lot of it into practice. That being said, I'm having some huge roadblocks. Grab a drink, this might get a little long; I tend to explain everything about a situation. Haha.

The first problem is part of my inner game. I was fat my entire life and only recently did I manage to, change that around a little; I also have suffered from clinical depression for basically my entire life. So, how do I begin to see myself as attractive to women? The entire concept of a woman finding me sexy or cute or anything is completely foreign. Women have never looked at me or flirted with me and I just don't know or understand how to get into the mindset and I haven't really been able to find anything that helps.

The second issue is with putting the playful teasing and such into practice. It seems like sometimes I take it too far and end up teasing her about touchy topics or doing things I think are playful but really just make me look like a jackass. I do all of this without realizing it. I'm not sure what kinds of questions I should be asking myself in these situations or really what I could do to prevent myself from doing it. How do I stop a behavior I don't realize I'm doing?

I'd love any help you guys can give me. These are things I really want to turn around but have been unsuccessful with so far.

TL;DR- I can't see women being attractive to me and I end up acting like a jackass when I try to be playful and don't realize I'm doing it.
