This is my first FR, after been reading Pick Up material for 6 months now and some successes. It's nothing special but this night helped prove to me two points.

I'm a college freshman on a foreign country, being proficient on the language but still noticing some difference on the capacity of attraction.

Onto the FR: me and a close friend (male and also from the same country as me) went out after a birthday party where everyone else went home. On a Wednesday, on a city with ~150k people. Almost every bar was empty/closed.

Despite that, we went to a few bars and as we were going to ring some friends' doorbells we met some exchange students who asked us what was open that night. We told them and they invited us to stick around.

Me and my friend instantaneously bonded with everyone on the group and started dancing with the girls. Fast forward some minutes and I isolate a girl, she tells me she is uncomfortable making out with me in front of her friends. Go behind a pillar, she tells me I just want to make out with her because she's from an exotic country. I tell her that's neutral for me and that I just found her cute. She kisses me right away.

My friend does something similar with the other girl, and as we had classes the next day and they wanted to continue being with their friends, we exchanged contacts and left.

What did I learn?

  • If you talk to people interesting things may happen. If you don't, they won't.

  • I cannot continue excusing myself from not opening with my non-perfect speaking. This was yet another proof I don't need to be 100% fluent to have success and maintain attraction.
