So I've been debating my friend for a while about this: to set up a day2, should you call or text?

I was generally texting with good response rates and this time called a girl instead. Left a pretty shabby voicemail - content wasn't bad and somewhat alpha enough, but the tone was horrible (totally didn't use a normal, low voice, but a higher one due to nervousness.) also it just didn't flow.

Anyway, I feel like sticking to texting. If I was actually able to get the girl on the phone, I know I would have been ok, but man am I scared of VMs.
